By accessing or using Findlly you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and able to form a binding agreement, to use Findlly. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Posting Lost & Found Ads

You may post ads for genuinely lost or found items only. Ads must be truthful, lawful, and include accurate details. You retain ownership of your content but grant Findlly a license to display it within the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal listings.
• Claim items that are not yours or demand improper payment.
• Harass, threaten or spam other users.
• Upload offensive, infringing or unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Content & Responsibility

Findlly is a platform that connects users; we do not own, inspect or verify the items in listings. You are solely responsible for your ads, messages and any arrangements you make with other users.

7. Interactions Between Users

Any handover, reward or transaction is strictly between the users involved. Meet in safe public places and use your own judgment. Findlly is not a party to, and is not responsible for, these interactions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Findlly name, logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the Service, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findlly is not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from listings, user interactions or item handovers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Findlly after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
